Interested in supporting the agricultural and cattle industry in the Douglas Daly region?
Registrations are now open for expressions of interest (EOI) to redevelop part of Lot 17 Town of Fleming.
The 4.8ha Crown land site was a former grain receival facility, and the Northern Territory Government is seeking a proponent to take advantage of the opportunity to redevelop the site.
The request for EOI document will be released to registered proponents on Monday, 14 February 2022, with EOI submissions open until 2pm on Friday 29 April 2022.
