Access to vital support for Territorty businesses

Territory small businesses will head into 2023 with all the support they require to help stimulate the local economy thanks to the launch of the Business Support Guide.

The Northern Territory (NT) business support guide is designed to help Territorians during each stage of their business journey, and provides access to a range of grant programs and services.

The Territory’s small business champions will also be visiting businesses to provide them with the guide and discuss the tailored benefits their business can achieve through the range of supports available to them.

The Territory’s small business champions help businesses identify the types of support the business is eligible to access. Through providing tailored support, networks, contacts, information, tools and resources, small business champions can assist a business improve its performance, sustainability and profitability.

The business support guide simplifies the search process, saving businesses time and resources navigating the extensive range of support and funding available to them.

It also outlines business and workforce support available from the NT Government, the Australian Government as well as non-government support, and has specific support for key industries including agribusiness, civil and construction, mining and energy, and tourism.

Additionally, Territory businesses can meet with one of the department’s business, industry or workforce development officers in their region.
