Field days to present research findings

Published

The Northern Territory Government’s Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade (DITT) is hosting agricultural field days at Katherine Research Station (KRS) on 27 April 2021 and Douglas Daly Research Farm (DDRF) on 28 to 29 April 2021.

Field days are an integral part of communicating research findings directly to the Northern Territory’s (NT) growing agribusiness sector. Clients including livestock producers, growers, agricultural re-sellers, private agronomists, researchers and the public, will be informed of the latest findings of a range of relevant projects the department is undertaking.

Researchers from DITTs Plant and Livestock Industries team will be on hand to speak with attendees and a number of leading researchers from across Australia will present findings from key projects.

The field days will include trade and machinery displays. Treat yourself to a day out, meet like-minded people and be immersed in informative presentations and hands-on farm paddock tours.

More information about the field day presentations is available on the website.

To register your attendence or to book a trade display email Eleanor Fordyce at eleanor.fordyce@nt.gov.au or phone 0456 752 319.
