Variation of conditions of liquor licences - Desert Oaks and Kings Creek Station

On 1 July 2022, the Liquor Commission gave notice of proposed variations of conditions of licences for Erldunda Desert Oaks Resort Pty Ltd, the licensee of the Desert Oaks Motel, and KC Station Pty Ltd, the licensee of Kings Creek Station, pursuant to section 113(2) of the Liquor Act 2019.

Affected licensees are invited to submit a response to the proposed variations by Friday 29 July 2022 to liquor.commission@nt.gov.au

August 2022 Variation of conditions of liquor licence - Erldunda Desert Oaks Resort Pty Ltd and KC Station Pty Ltd

The Northern Territory Liquor Commission has concluded its inquiry into the conditions of liquor licence held by the Erldunda Desert Oaks Resort Pty Ltd and KC Station Pty Ltd and has determined to vary the conditions of licences in the way the commission considers appropriate.

Pursuant to section 113(4) of the Liquor Act 2019, the Commission has given written notice to licensees of its final determination and the reasons for the proposed variations.
